Proper running, jumping, and cutting technique drills and progressions
Prehab/injury prevention exercises
Structural Balance strength training technique
Speed, Agility, and Acceleration drills
Available for boys and girls in the U11-U15 age divisions. SPACE IS LIMITED. Max 15 players per class. Classes are coed and will fill quickly. 60-minute sessions meet once a week and from January to the start of season!
Be ready to go when the season starts in March!
